EvoCrete® is the third stage of a product evolution, and is the result of a consistent, market focused further development of the products InfraCrete® and GeoCrete®.

Numerous scientific suitability tests and laboratory investigations carried out by external institutes as well as field application of EvoCrete® for numerous building projects worldwide under a diverse set of geological and meteorological conditions substantiate that above all EvoCrete® fulfils the individual requirements of our customers in an optimal way, through demonstrated effectiveness and achieved results. EvoCrete® is a whitish powder which is composed of alkaline and alkaline-earth elements that supports the cement hydration process and counteracts the negative influencing fulvic and carbon acids.

EvoCrete® facilitates transformations in the physical structure and the new formation of minerals of the hydrated cement lead to an increase of compressive strength. Additionally, EvoCrete® supports the immobilization of harmful substances endangering the environment like heavy metals as well as organic parameters. These substances can be fixed permanently in the newly formed crystal structures. Stabilized bases courses treated with cement only usually suffer from high stiffness and are at high risk for premature cracking, which are a highly undesirable combination, regarded as a major handicap for stabilizing. The use of EvoCrete® ST, in combination with cement, reduces the risk of premature cracking significantly.

The unique performance of EvoCrete® product range is now also available for reinforced concrete. It´s the only cement and soil solidifier, which is certified by CE mark and is a fully tested product, matching EU and world standards (IAF).

EvoCrete® is a whitish powder, made of 100% natural minerals, composed of alkaline and alkaline-earth elements with no synthetic manmade chemicals. Numerous scientific suitability tests and laboratory investigations carried out by external institutes and uses in various projects worldwide under divergent geological and meteorological conditions have substantiated its performance as the current best soil Solidification and Cement Modification Additive.

EvoCrete® fulfills the individual requirements of every client for effectiveness and consistently achieves expected results.

EvoCrete® modifies the cement hydration process and counteracts the negative influencing fulvic and carbon acids. Transformations in the structure and the formation of new minerals during the cement hydration lead to an increase in compressive strength. Whereas increase of compressive strength by EvoCrete® it beautifully supports the immobilization of harmful substances endangering the environment like heavy metals as well as organic parameters. These substances are fixed permanently in the newly formed crystal structures. The outcome is a composite structure which is recyclable by simple pulverization, unlike rigid concrete which can be broken only by blasting or full removal.

In our products revolutionary evolution as a 100% green material we named it EvoCrete® ® for the modification of unburnt green bricks and unreinforced or reinforced concrete Additionally, it acts as a binder and simple additive for conversion of local materials without using ecologically scarce and expensive aggregates.

In our production unit "EvoCrete®Industries GmbH" at Bohmte, four different cement additives are currently being produced for four different applications. These four cement additives are:


EvoCrete®ST

Modified binder for all cement treated road base or base layers for industrial facilities.

EvoCrete®CC

Cement modifier for all concrete application (unreinforced and reinforced concrete).

EvoCrete®IM

Special binder / additive to immobilize environmental hazard pollutants like: heavy metals, tar and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), etc.

EvoCrete®BR

100% green binder for the product of bricks without burning in a kiln.

The application of EvoCrete® allows the construction of frost-thaw resistant bearing layers, without subsoil improvement or stabilization, and allows construction of a bearing layer without aggregates and without base layer stabilization.
